Moved out to bad service and still wanting a $500 monthly increase when NO work was done and the neighbors smoke in the house to make it all smell like smoke. Townhouse we moved into had not been worked on at all when we moved in due to the previous renter having troubles with management and neighbors. Should have taken that as a warning.
