If I could leave zero stars, I would. Windermere does not at all care about their tenants. They have violated at least 4 RCWs in our time dealing with them. Our property owner transferred from another company to Windermere, but neither party ever got the security deposit and are not withholding the same from us, after moving out. We are past the 30-day window and still have no security deposit. We are getting charged to replace carpet, despite the fact that I noted on our move-in report that there were large stains.
