Nora is the best Property Manager I have ever worked with. Straight-forward up front with all the information I asked for and some I didn't know I needed. Rented for 6+ years and she was always helpful to us. She only does Property Management, she doesn't mix in other businesses and do this on 'the side'. That's what make her a Star in her Profession. We rented a Windermere property while we were waiting for our home to be built. Nora and Tillie were wonderful to work with. They returned phone calls promptly , answered questions thoroughly and took care of issues immediately. The property was meticulously maintained . Any issue we had was promptly addressed and remedied. I hope the owner of the property we rented appreciates the care and attention that Nora gives to each place. She goes above and beyond to help both the renter and the owner. Thank you!
Being a renter and a landlord, Windermere Property Management has be very helpful to me. Specifically Nora Gibson. When I was a renter new to Boise, she found me our first home and, she was there for me with any needs I had. She is very kind, knowledgeable and informative. It was a great experience working with her and would highly recommend Windermere.
They are making profit on taking multiple applications fees, they will not refund you. Also if you DO NOT make 3 times the amount of rent 6 grand plus you cannot have a cosigner. They do not do cosigner. They Wont tell you that until after you pay application fees. They took a long time to get back to us and were extreemely unprofessional. I DO NOT RECOMEND THEM. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
One of the best rentals I’ve ever experienced. Nora and Tillie were always so kind and prompt with responses. I always had my concerns addressed in a very timely and kind manner. Would definitely recommend rentals with Windermere Property Management. I was very happy with my stay. Thank you so much Tillie and Nora for making my stay such a pleasant and smooth transition. I will miss Boise so much.
