We rented through Windermere a few years ago, and nothing about it was pleasant. There was a large leak in the bathroom ceiling (like, filling up a cooler during a storm) which they took forever to come fix, and even after that they had to come again to patch it up. The property had issues all over. I rented from Windermere in the past year and I had a great experience. I got the majority of my deposit back by following their guidelines for cleaning and returning the property to the same condition as I received it. The staff is very helpful when I had any maintenance requests and paying my rent online was so helpful. I would recommend Windermere Property Management if you are looking to rent in Pullman.
