This location is a horrible and a real horror company and location to go to. This company has repeatedly ignored my family member whom they use as a rental company to collect and enforce rent and other responsibilities rental companies do for owners. But this location has allowed renters to be squatters in my families members home, has put off notifying renter of eviction notices, delayed by months before even giving renter a eviction notice and even after that date has come and gone renters are still there. Worked with a realtor that seemed to have potential but turned out to be quite inexperienced and unprofessional. She told me what I wanted to hear but later took advantage of my situation and really screwed me over. She went over the budget by $17K, directed the contractor to throw away material that I already provided ($2K), purchased items without my consent, paid my mortgage late (this was an agreement between her and I, even signed a contract that I would pay her back) and lied about the listing date constantly.
