Really felt rushed and talked over. Agent tried to get me to commit to buying with first phone call without even seeing property. She also assumed I don't have money asking me multiple times while I was trying to talk if I had cash available right now. It was a weird phone call to say the least. I was a little hesitant at first booking a vacation rental outside of VRBO or AIRBNB. I called to ask some questions and Trent definitely answered all my questions and put my worries to rest. It was such a nice rental for the price, I couldn't believe it. From the moment I originally contacted Trent up until a last minute question before our trip, he gave us a great experience, would 100% recommend to family and will be back in the future! Communication is key!
Not very good at getting back to you. We are getting married in July and have been desperately trying to find a place to stay and they have a new house available but we have been waiting almost 2 weeks for photos to approve the house to stay in but not good contact getting back to us. They promised photos last week but nothing yet? Then I called and was told they would call me back that again was a week ago. Sucks because we're scared we are not going to be able to find lodging. Hope they get ahold of us soon.
