I'm being fined for a lawn that isn't overgrown and trash cans being left out for 24 hours. This HOA is trash.
Do nothing except sending annual dues notice and incorrect violation notice
These people are evil, corrupt and money hungry. I lived in this neighborhood for a long time and moved recently and my experience with them was a nightmare, they send you letters complaining over the pettiest stuff you could think of. The neighborhood looks ghetto and many of the homeowners in this neighborhood are in direct violation of city laws and regulations, and they don’t enforce that. I would rate this entity with 0 stars would that option have been available. A friend is a 70 year old woman with leukemia,and the WHOA is constantly harassing her with threatening letters pertaining to her flower garden, and have levied fines on her of almost $2,000.
