Met with Joe regarding a rental property in Kenmore. I, then, called and emailed to follow up and apply, Never got a return call or email. The property has been in the ads since May (going on two months). I even offered to rent it before the price dropped to its lowest. Makes you wonder if the company is really looking out for the homeowners. I can just imagine what a nightmare it might be to deal with them if I need any assistance with maintenance.
