For anyone looking for an apartment stand clear of Windermere apartments the property manager is all in your business and snitches everywhere and will violate you for things you never did then evict you and she will get away with it because a judge in Greensburg has a personal relationship with her. Lived here for going on 3rd year, it was a mess, couldnt keep management, last year a new manager took over, name Pricilla, she is amazing at her job, she has helped so much by putting me on a payment plan in the past because we got behind on rent, so has got me new appliances that I was promised was new when I first moved in, which wasn’t, they are also pretty quick about work orders I put in, she is very understanding, and easy to talk to!! I've been cursed at, threatened by Priscilla she bully's some and gives others abilities to get by with whatever, she's told others in complex about what's going on in our apartment and isn't professional
Since living here for almost 5 years and going through a few rough patches with managers in the past, I can say the new owners are doing their jobs well. Things are getting fixed and they are actually listening to tenants, Priscilla even writes memos in a nice manner.
When I first moved in this apartment in 2019 it was great.. we been through so many property management I don't even know who to contact anymore about things. Then I guess this apartment have been bought out and they posted a note on the office and to be honest if mthe neighbor would not had said something I wouldn't have known to go look at the paper .
