Worst experience ever. It’s been 4 days and I have had a migraine since leaving the exam. Their machine that measures your eye pressure was broke so he did it manually and hurt my right eye. He also used some yellow solution that burned and now has caused me to have pain behind the eye and what I believe is a sinus infection. I just wished they would have told me their machine was broke. I seriously have been sick in bed with bad pain behind my right eye and I am super dizzy. I will never go back to him.
Refused to give me my current prescription. He gave me a stronger one and a weaker one. The stronger one gave me migraines and the weaker one I couldn’t see very well. My current prescription is perfect. All they keep saying is you can come back as many times as it takes to get it right. Who has time for that? Get an exam somewhere else! I recomend lense crafters or American best. I’ll pay out of pocket to go somewhere else.
