Staff was welcoming. Appointment was efficient and helpful. I felt very safe and treated with care. All of my questions were answered and I wasn't sold anything I didn't need. Easy and kind.
I DO NOT RECCOMEND. Not happy with my experience. I was given the wrong prescription, but didn't realize until I tried 3 pairs of contacts and one pair of glasses. When I was informed by the Costco optical dept. that my prescription was wrong, it was already past 90 days. Dr. Walker would not provide a new prescription or samples for contacts and only offered to correct my prescription for glasses as a courtesy. Worst experience ever. It’s been 4 days and I have had a migraine since leaving the exam. Their machine that measures your eye pressure was broke so he did it manually and hurt my right eye. He also used some yellow solution that burned and now has caused me to have pain behind the eye and what I believe is a sinus infection. I just wished they would have told me their machine was broke. I seriously have been sick in bed with bad pain behind my right eye and I am super dizzy. I will never go back to him.
