After arriving the plumber recognized that my issue was with my irrigation system and informed me that Plumber Pro Services does not work on irrigation. He then proceeds to collect the $95 service fee from me. I'm irritated and disappointed that the person I scheduled the service with did not provide this information. Feels like I just got robbed.

Our service tech, Matthew, was very professional. He replaced our pressure valve and gave us recommendations on other services. Highly recommend Plumber Pro Service.

Russell was amazing. We had a warranty replacement for our newly installed hot water heater. I called and they were able to come out the same day and trouble shoot the issue. After a couple of trips to rule out a smaller issue, it was determined we would need to replace the hot water heater under the warranty as there appeared to be a small pinhole leak. Matthew was sent out to help find and repair a leak coming from the shower. He was on time and arrived at the very start of the window provided, he was very friendly, and most importantly he was engaged in the details of the repair to ensure it was fully resolved. He showed me what was wrong, how he was planning to fix it, and provided tips for future maintenance. I will absolutely recommend Plumber Pro and anticipate using them for any future service needs.
