From touring the property to signing the lease, everything went smoothly. Windemuller Properties (Mindi) was easily accessible for any questions or concerns. I had problems with the door locks and garage door opener and in less than 24 hours, they were fixed. The unit at 4780 Wildwood was clean and move in ready. I couldn't be more happy.
I have been a landlord since 1997. Until 2016 I managed all of them myself. In 2016 I decided to try using Shelly & Mindi to manage my properties. This was a great decision! I have never looked back. Shelly & Mindi have a very good feel for the market and know how to set rents, screen & place tenants and handle all maintenance issues. I would highly recommend them if you were either looking for a place to rent or if you are a landlord looking for someone to manage your properties. Keep up the great Job Shelly & Mindi!!!
