3 stars is more like 2 1/2. Was suggested Windemere from either 211, my union via United Way, or a low income online resource... I can't remember. However this place in particular is not tax free, or otherwise subsidized housing as I was lead to believe. Still, I was promised to be worked with on rent based on income, but it was just a standard offer of a co-sign (every apartment complex does this) because my monthly pay doesn't triple the cost of rent (again standard, but if you can afford that, you're better off looking ar... read more
