I upgraded to a 2bdrm due to pregnancy and was placed in a horrible apartment. There was mold everywhere.I was told to get a dehumidifier and to use my air conditioner (In THE WINTER) time with a newborn baby.Possibly the worse apartment I ever lived in.

If you see a Red Door out front, speed past it. Management is either slow to respond, or don't bother. They literally stay one step ahead of code compliance, many tenants are of questionable character, and business practices are beyond belief. Living there 27 months, after being flooded with muddy water coming in under a patio door, I was charged $408 dollars for the carpet damage. I attempted to clean it myself but gave up after repeated occurrances. 2 months before moving out, they finally offered to steam clean the carpet... read more

These older bldgs are in need of stain, outside cosmetics... entrance doors are worn with rotted areas. Concrete is cracked and sunken in some areas. Rent is cheap but comparatively equal to other complexes with community rooms, pools, and health equipment... apartments have their own issues... my sister lived here 50 years ago.. like stepping into the past, only aged..... a year later and nothing has changed for the better...
