Larry was excellent, much better than that other guy. He thoroughly checked my apartment to find the issue, and even traveled to other apartments to find the leak.
Roaches, Heating units that don't work in the winter, and Parking issues. I have lived here 11 months and have had a good experience with everything else, but these issues are too profound to go ignored. I have been dealing with a roach infestation since moving in. I will go months at a time seeing them every day and then a month or a week with none. Been here a few months.Seems alright at first.But after a few months the staff starts to show their true colors.Maintenance takes forever to get things done.And when they do good luck for it being done right.Office people dont really know how to run things.Seems like a bunch of college kids that are just working thru school.Just there for a paycheck.
Chris DeCorte has helped me twice now in touring Mac Properties and he is extremely professional, polite, and knowledgeable about the properties!
Moved in a couple weeks ago to a studio with my son.Its pretty spacious for a studio.Most of the neighbors are pretty quiet which I love that.The floors are a little creaky and sometimes the neighbors upstairs are heavy footed but that's not a big deal.So far most of the maintenance requests I've asked for have been taken care of
