I'm so disappointed but I will leaving when my lease is up. The summer here was a nightmare. We had a least 2 major electricity outages and 5 or 6 mini ones. I work from home so the outages were disruptive. Yes, it's a DTE problem, but Edward Rose and the City of Farmington have the clout to demand resolution. However, management offered no compensation or deduction of rent, and I don't believe they have issued a statement on how this will be resolved. Move here at your own risk.
