if you need assistance with your daily health some if they can no longer take care of themselves..they go to Windchime. They seem to like it there and are well taken care of. They have good food and the place has many activities for the Seniors and they seem to like it there . The housing is nice and comfort able.
My father in law was in the memory care unit for 6 months until he finally passed away yesterday. The staff there was unbelievable. They loved him like he was their own. What a blessing to know that your loved one is being taken care of so well. They kept in contact with us (the majority of us lived in town but could no longer take care of him at home for his own safety). Hollace Shear went above and beyond during the campfire evacuations. Three care givers were left to evacuate the residents. the other employees (care givers) called off. these three care givers worked tirelessly for over 20 hours to make sure the residents were safe and reassured. Heroes they are. Employees of this caliber is so rare. treasure and take care of them.
Worst place ever!!!!!! Residents do not get even close to the care they pay for! It’s all about the revenue to be received rather than the care! Look at the decorLook at the furniture! Peed on! Old, smelly! Guests don’t even want to sit on it! Look at the worn out carpets and the furniture covers in memory care. Activities are a joke at best and the staff to resident ratio is a crime.
