This place is very frustrating to deal with.... I kept checking, nothing... I don't understand why they can't install a drop box to drop off your rent, the lady said cause somebody could take the payments.. If the payments are made out to Windchase can nobody do nothing with those payments..I could pay online, rent already way to high.. why am i going to pay another 10 bucks to pay? This place used to be a great place to live with the original management, but it has gone downhill like crazy. We get new leasing managers every 3 months it feels like (I’ve been through 5 people so far). The gates are broken, like usual. That was my main reason for moving here was the safety of having gates. I’ve been here for a while and the gates have been broken 90% of my time living here thus far. Well we no longer have an apartment manager and this place goes more and more downhill. Karla got a new job (so happy for her) and instead of hiring someone we are lucky to have someone once a month. Occasionally get a text or email saying someone will be onsite for 3 hours. Useless if you have a job. Pool is constantly green, the community laundry just steals your money w/ no refund, and getting anything taken care of is near impossible.
