09/09/26 So, this past week my a/c went out again. We noticed the symptoms early on and communicated that but nothing was done. So, of course, it goes completely out over the long 4 day labor day weekend. According to the company's answering service this is considered an emergency, but when we call the answering service says that they can't even get a hold of the on call mx person. 4th July 2026... The only reason why I’m giving 5 stars is because of the new maintenance guy, Jorge, and Lilly, in the office. I went from counting the days from when my lease was going to end to being sad that when I have 4 months left they got here. I’ve been here 2 years and nothing was getting resolved and slowly getting worse. Trust the one star reviews when looking at this place because for the most part they are all true, but I’m real... read more

Not the type to leave reviews but I am beyond upset with my experience here. I have addressed maintenance concerns and finally after a month they have finally been taken care of(due to a maintenance guy from another location) but safety concerns for some reason just sit on the back burner. I have brought to managements attention the extreme decline in habitability. The only person that has been accommodating is Matthew over at Skyview.
