07/23/2025 When you try to log into the portal, good luck and if you try to reach out to support you will receive a message stating as of December 2024 portal is no longer actively monitored...My gosh, they beyond incompetent 08/01/25 The Picture of the Pool is no lie. It was like this for over 2 Weeks...the minute the Person posted the picture they rushed and cleaned the pool. That alone says a lot. Would the Owners of Windchase want to live here? These pictures are from yesterday morning. Would the Owners of Windchase pay $1200.00 a month with a green pool, trash everywhere, or a homeless person sleeping in the parking lot? The homeless guy he comes here almost daily and sleeps in the same spot. We also have a homeless person that is in the garbage daily. Frustrated Military Residents Came out this morning to find a tow sticker on my car claiming my registration was expired even though I have valid out-of-state tags. Several other military residents experienced the same. No one bothered to verify before tagging vehicles. Management says they’re enforcing “lease compliance,” but they aren’t following their own rules: no gated community, barely functional laundry (only two dryers work), and likely multiple city violations. I normally don’t leave reviews like this, but after everything that has happened, I feel it’s important to share my experience. On March 27, 2026, my ceiling began leaking late at night. I called the emergency maintenance line multiple times and received no response. The only reason anyone came out was because I had to directly contact the assistant manager, Sharon which completely defeats the purpose of having an emergency line in the first place. As a military resident, I expect a basic level of consistency, professionalism, and accountability—none of which are being met here. The internet is unreliable at best, yet we’re paying $75/month for a service that works inconsistently. Grounds maintenance has clearly declined—recently observed maintenance attempting to manage the lawn with a weed eater instead of properly mowing. For $1,100/month in rent, this is unacceptable.
