The management staff and maintenance are nice and professional. I have been at the apartments for almost four years and have been truly satisfied. If I need anything taken care of they respond in a reasonable amount of time.
The worst place to live the price for rent is way too high for these apts theres no hot water and the a/c always needs maintance then it takes days for them to attend your unit the apt manager walking around like tinklebell like nothings wrong trying to regulate what u can and cant wear in the pool area like really manager you have bigger problems than that... Get your bussness straight... Ps the website does nor show you all the unit with window a/c make the entire place look like the projects ...
This is the worst place to live at. Only if you are desperate then even its not understandable. From rude employees, to horrible management when it comes to repair issues, rats and roaches, and let's not even forget the constant gunshots ringing around here,. To pay as much as they charge for rent here is ridiculous. So stay away if you can!!! Their rating is a zero, but this stupid site is requesting an overall rating.
0 rate.Worse place ever First of all I move from out of town and all my carpet us wet lady said it was new carpet. I worked for a carpet cleaner that carpet had stains so bad that them shampooing it did nothing how are we suppose to move in w wet carpet second day my whole room is wet from the boiler room. I didn't sleep iny room for months they fixed it and than again. Apartment complex looks great! There has been many improvements and I cannot wait to see what else is in store for this property. Management has gotten better as well. Great place to live at for the price! I have been here for 3 years and I will continue to live here!
This apartment complex is the worst complex and it's not worth not even 1 star they want ur rent money but don't take care of the repairs it's not worth ur money or time they have roaches u rent u will regret it.
These apartments are not worth anyone's time
These apartments are a rat whole. Management new and old are no good. we moved in October/2013 and are looking at breaking our Lease January/2014. We have had our children burned due to negligence in the maintenance for the water boiler after complains more than 4 times in written letters. we submitted certified letters and still nothing was done to fix the water boiler , the roach infestation , the disgusting MOLD in the rotting vanities in the bathrooms , closets, base boards all through out the apartment . We moved in late April 3013 so our lease will be up soon. Sadly I have to renu it because we are trying to buy a house which takes time since we want to have it built. Management and maintenance are beyond horrible. We put in a work purser for several things and they didn't come until a month later when I called for the billionth time.
