My husband and I owe a condo in Sea Woods. Joy Floyd (a realtor and broker for Wind surf Realty and owner of By the Sea Rentals) is a liar and very unprofessional. She made promises to rent our condo to get us to sign a contract with her. We did. In 7 months, she hasn’t rented our condo 1 single time. Not only that, but we have had renters who have rented our condo for the last 5 – 6 years. We had our renters go through By the Sea (Joy Floyd) as stated in the contract, they paid the rent + tax.
