This is our third hot tub and second purchase from Wind River. I couldn’t be more pleased. Delivery and installation was a challenge on a second story deck. There was no place to stage a craine. We placed the new hot tub with a tele-handler. Wind River sent a 4 man crew. It was placed with no issues. You can certainly pay less for a hot tub. You can rest assured, you get what you pay for. Very high quality finishes and components.
Highly recommended, a 'must consider' option when doing your spa research to compare vs competitor products/service - The best customer service and sales process I have experienced in many, many, years. Family owned, made in Colorado, our spa has been fabulous thus far. I would advise any buyer to visit the (very nice) showroom prior to purchasing. We've had our Wind River Spa for 5 years and it's been incredible in every possible way. The team was excellent from time of purchase, through ongoing service needs 5 years later. The team is honest, helpful, and always prompt. There really aren't many companies left like this anymore. Wind River Spas is top notch and I recommend them to everyone looking for a hot tub!
