We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Wind River Spas. They have been fantastic every step of the way, from helping us through the selection process, to surveying our space, to delivery and setup. I highly recommend Wind River Spas. I have purchased hot tubs from this awesome company for about 36 years. They are a Colorado company and they are wonderful. Great product, great prices, great delivery and in-home service but the best part by far is their amazing customer service. These guys take care of their customers, you get the same great service if you buy a 15k new tub or a $3 rubber duck. Love my WindRiver spa. Highly recommended.
Our Vail model was installed in October of 2024...I've waited until now to review because our breaker had tripped intermittently and it took that long to find and fix the issue(s). As it turned all the problems were caused by our previous electricians (they did not torque the breaker lugs and put in an unnecessary splice between the disconnect and the hot tub). Wind River is the real deal...they build an excellent quality tub, their service is excellent and they put in the higher end components!
We considered numerous hot tub brands when we began our initial search in the Denver area and did some thorough research on key features to look for in a quality hot tub. We went back to three of the showrooms to ask follow-up questions and read numerous online reviews for the brands we were considering. One thing struck us at the end of this over-analysis -- most brands have a mix of reviews on both ends of the spectrum -- but Wind River Spas had overwhelmingly positive reviews by far!
