Purchased a home 3 years ago that included a "legacy" Wind River hot tub in pretty bad condition. The team helped me get it cleaned out and running again! The time came to retire the spa and get an upgrade. We had a few ideas about what we wanted, but were able to fine tune our spa with the sales team to build our dream spa. We've had our hot tub for about a year and a half now. Unfortunately their tubs are not as customizable as they make it sound. A lot of the changes you can make are cosmetic, or taking out a waterfall, or putting in a different kind of jet where one already exists. So don't be fooled thinking you can make the tub just the way you want it. Even though we paid to upgrade to 4HP motors for more jet pressure we still are not satisfied with the power they deliver. This is our third hot tub and second purchase from Wind River. I couldn’t be more pleased. Delivery and installation was a challenge on a second story deck. There was no place to stage a craine. We placed the new hot tub with a tele-handler. Wind River sent a 4 man crew. It was placed with no issues. You can certainly pay less for a hot tub. You can rest assured, you get what you pay for. Very high quality finishes and components.
