I am writing this review after 3.5 years of use and work with the team at Wind River. I cannot say enough good about this company. The entire process and tub have been nothing short of amazing. And that isn't to say we didn't have challenges either. Let me explain. We bought this tub 3.5 years ago and had to put in a brand new power panel to the house to accommodate it and update our power. I usually do not write reviews, but I feel compelled to right this one. Everyone at this location was so wonderful in helping us diagnose a problem with a Wind River we had purchased used from someone on marketplace. We needed a technician to come out and diagnose a leak and I must have called them 3-5 times to ask questions and each time they were nothing but amazing and understanding. We just purchased our 2nd hot tub from Wind River, for a different house. The first one needed a little normal maintenance after 5 years of ownership which was fantastic. We hope and assume the second tub will provide us with the same wonderful experience. The service is always spectacular. We always recommend them.
