Marcus was thorough, personable, and extremely professional.
Just want to give a shout out to Marcus. He was so knowledgeable, tells it like it is and takes time to answer questions/explain things. Plus his British accent is charming. We will definitely be requesting him for our next cleaning.
Tech Marcus. L is a great tech to work with. He is very knowledgeable and cares about the quality of work he gives the customer!
Septic tank inspection and pump out. Never serviced tank was full with wipes, matting, Sludge. Tech Marcus dug to find the tank cover, got tank open and assessed, then pumped out all he could. He consulted with the office then added 6 quarts of helpful bacteria. A jet truck return was prescribed, To break up the matting (lots of roots) and sludge.
