Lived at these apartment’s 2 year’s Sharing a water heater was not fun would run out in 5 minutes never stayed hot then charged $135 with no reason on why my water bill went up from 80/100 a month. Maintenance Guy’s are nice but in my apartment nothing was ever completed my son’s closet had mold they went into fix the closet and still hasn’t came back it’s been over 2 month’s my son sleep’s on the couch because of it, it’s always an excuse. This apartment complex has improved over the last 6-12 months tremendously. I spoke with Brittni in the office, she was extremely helpful, knowledgeable in answering all my questions concerning renting an apartment. If you are looking for an apartment I would definitely look into these. It makes a world of difference when the manager is so kind and willing to take time to answer all your questions.

When maintenance is needed, Robert and Darrell are very quick and efficient. Brittni and Whitley in the office are so sweet and informative. Love the space and private yard.
