I was disappointed to find out that they want to charge me a 99 service fee for a HVAC system that they installed 2 mos ago because I thought something was wrong and had them send a person out...is it not under warranty
Update 7/26/2025: Since I can't leave 2 different reviews, you, dear reader, get a novella. Hahaha so this is what a working AC feels like! My ac unit was about 23 years old, on its way out. I only moved in about a year and a half ago, not used to whole house AC (previously had to use window units). So I knew it was old and needing replacement, but I didn't know how much better a new unit would be.
