The place I rented was ok. I was paying 600.00 month for 1 bdr while other tenants was paying 400 and 500.. when I moved in the appliances was old and used. The bathroom was ok but you can see where they painted over mild. After 5 months the roaches started to come out real bad and I could not stand to be in a roach infested apt . The people are so great they are willing to help you God bless them
So far not a bad place as far as where my mom place is. However they need new mailboxes, and the water isn't safe to cook with. The water comes out yellow a lot. I think anybody who works for the company should have some type of uniform shirt on, and you should have notices left on your door or know when maintenance will be coming to your apartment. But a nice neighborhood and it's quiet and safe. The prices are great for the apartments.
