So far not a bad place as far as where my mom place is. However they need new mailboxes, and the water isn't safe to cook with. The water comes out yellow a lot. I think anybody who works for the company should have some type of uniform shirt on, and you should have notices left on your door or know when maintenance will be coming to your apartment. But a nice neighborhood and it's quiet and safe. The prices are great for the apartments.

The person that seems to run this place name is misty. Her and her husband have a severe prescription drug problem. I would not use them or trust them.
