The ribs were tender and delicious. No question, best bbq in town!
Best ribs I have every had! Everything is cooked to order so it is fresh and not dried out. The corn bread and coleslaw are awesome as well. Mike does an awesome job at putting the "love" into his food and kitchen. Customer service is excellent. I have never had a bad experience.
You can taste the love in this food! We will definitely be back!
I've lived within 3 miles of Mike's place for over 10 years and have driven over an hour to restaurants serving BBQ because I didn't know Winckler's existed. Don't make the same mistake! The food is top notch, Mike and his staff couldn't be friendlier. My family has called me "Mr. Meat" for years since I cook my own BBQ year round, and I do have a following of sorts myself for my ribs. Sometimes mine are great, other times not so much... I have to tell you that they make the BEST COLE SLAW I have EVER tasted in my life !!! I mean, if you don't like cole slaw, I dare you to try it and tell me you still don't like it. When I was there, they "Only had the small burger available at the time". I was like, if this is the small burger, I wonder what the big burger looks like. This man is an EXCELLENT Chef !! They do catering too. Have to look into that, next time we have a party. We tried their ribs before YUMMY !!!
