We bought a house from them a little over a year ago. We were skeptical at first because of a few bad reviews, but we have been happy thus far. We had a few issues in the beginning, but nothing too crazy and that’s expected when you buy a home.

I’m not sure what experience the previous reviewer (it looks like the same person to me) had and I can’t speak for them, but I have been in my house from Winchris Developers for about two and a half weeks now and thought there should be more reviews on here. When I found this house, I had just gone through the experience from hell on another flip house. Those sellers promised to remediate an underground oil tank found before COVID shut the state down.
