I didn't even get to the estimate process because they canceled my appointment without even calling me. Trash way to do business. God's work for sure.
We had this group install 8 windows. The product is good, the service is terrible if you can even get someone to respond to you. Since install, we have found several hundred shards of glass inside our home and outside. I have been trying to get a hold of anyone at the company for almost two weeks. No one answers the phone or responds to email. Prior to having all these shards of glass issues, we had other issues with this company. Wonderful service! Turab and his friend were outstanding, had reasonable prices, and were very friendly and agreeable. They replaced my windows in a very short amount of time, and I was overall extremely impressed with their service. I highly recommend them, and would hire them again.
Highly professional. Great, fast work. Incredibly responsive. There was an issue with one of the windows when it arrived from the factory and these guys handled it quickly and professionally. Very competitive prices and fantastic quality inventory. Strongly recommended.
