Still no resolution with my complaint so I filed a more formal complaint with the BBB. If they operate on the notion that if they ignore complaints they’ll eventually go away then buyer be warned. Non communicative unless you are saying something they want to hear. None of us should be judged at times when things went easy but rather how we responded when they weren’t.
