I really like this place and I’ve been shopping here for many years but I have to be honest about something. The first time I went in when they were located off San Carlos and had my hat steamed and shaped I paid $8 and it came out beautifully. Recently I had my hat steamed and I was not impressed. Very crooked. Then I went from unimpressed to extremely disappointed when seeing that the cost of having your hat steam has increased by over 300%.
