I was told not to feed the geese because they was eating the grass. OK done that.but they eat grass any how.its what they eat. the neighbors are complaining to me they are crapping in their yard. only 2 neighbors. the rest of the people around the pond aren't complaining one bit. lived there for a year with my mother and sister. the management is very rude, rent is VERY high (they also raise it like every year), and they tried to rip my mom off by saying our carpet was ruined when we moved. My mom cleaned the place spotless and called them out on their lies when they told her they were "replacing the entire carpet because of 'pet stains'." Good grief Yes Company, I say dirty pool to raise the rent EIGHTEEN DOLLARS?????. That is just rude. I am ashamed of you.
They raise the rent EVERY year. The cost of living here is outrageous. For the price of the homes you may as well go buy a regular house. The kids run around unsupervised and are always coming onto your property. Delivery packages often end up at someone else’s house because addresses and street names are not made apparent. Children are not safe because cars FLY through here and run stop signs constantly.
