Incompetent at best, possibly a crook. ALWAYS ask for a pre-check BEFORE signing a service order or having this place inspect your vehicle. I recently had my battery changed in my car and FAILED the smog test because I had not driven enough miles for enough data to accumulate in the engine computer. I had to pay for the failed test and when I asked about bringing it back after driving it enough miles, the guy said I'd have to pay again.
