My cousin she just rented a property with Winchester.. This is definitely a company that does not care about people.. If you are black you will be treated differently unless you have loads of money..
Arland was extremely unprofessional. I wouldn't trust anything this company has to say. ESPECIALLY IF IT'S NOT IN WRITING. Word to the wise If you do decide to go with these ppl be sure to read your contract VERY carefully, they're not to be trusted.

Just signed a lease not even a month ago here. I had a couple VERY MINOR maintenance issues and contacted Arlan and Haley about it and they were on it right away. I had someone out at my house fixing the problem not even 24 hours later. They are very adamant in getting things done and making sure the tenant is happy. Great communication, fast responses, and just an all around great company to work with. I’m glad I found them!
