I called a few days ago looking for information on a 3 bedroom apartment, although Winchester doesn’t offer 3 bedrooms Tahjae completely upsold the 2bd with the loft space. Tahjae was so warm, patient, and kind. We laughed a little and I felt quite at home. Although the 2bd with the loft sounds fantastic I’m looking for something with a little more space. Tahjae thank you SO MUCH for your wonderful customer service and please continue being AWESOME!
I was looking to move to the area for work, and while I may consider other options in my place of employment, Gianna has been beyond helpful in my search and has made me feel like a resident in the history and knowledge she has of the area. Will update my review upon moving in if I do, regardless staff is great!
The company I work for has a big Solar project coming up in the area so I called to inquire about the apartments and if they would have any available for my needs. I spoke with the lovely Gianna she was very helpful and very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions.
