I was very impressed with honest assessment and the approach to my situation. The pros and cons of the surgery were explained thoroughly. I felt comfortable with the discussion and there was never any pressure for me to decide quickly. The surgeon was professional and understanding of my concerns.
Dr. Bloom was very friendly and understanding. He was very thorough in explaining the procedure step by step. He made you feel very comfortable. He also went at your pace. The entire staff was just as friendly. A very comfortable experience.
The doctor and staff were professional and courteous. Thorough and clear with everything from appointment times, exam findings, procedure, billing and follow up care. Pain management was incredible. By far, the best dental experience, highly recommend.
The staff was pleasant and efficient. services were timely with little wait time and everything was explained prior to and after the procedure.
