Laura was a wonderful, skilled hygienist who explained everything that she was doing and answered questions in detail. This is a great way to get into a new practice.
Julie took me early because she is very caring and because I showed up for my appointment an hour early!!. As usual she answered my questions and explained my treatment plan. She’s a good rep for the practice.
The doctor come promptly to check my teeth. Rob was my technician he was wonderful!!!! He explained everything he was doing, he is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, I felt as if I was the only patient there. Lauren was sweet, professional, and caring, Thank you for having the best staff in Winchester.
My experience at Winchester Dental is always pleasant. I have the best hygienist ever so that is what keeps me returning to Winchester Dental. Dr. Richardson is great also!!!

My son had a piece of his tooth/filling come off late in the evening. I called first thing in the morning and they were able to get him in to see what happened. It turned out to be a filling that broke off, but they offered to immediately fix it and also fill another cavity he had that we had been watching. We appreciated the time they saved us and the care that was given to our son!
I recommend Winchester Dental to EVERYONE literally everyone. They are amazing folks who do their absolute best to make sure everyone is taken care of. They take the time to explain everything and provide all options. The care that goes into their pediatric patients is top notch! Thank you for always taking great care of patients!
I haven't been to the dentist for 3-4 years due to anxiety and past bad experiences. I had a great experience at Winchester Dental. Everyone listened and reassured me. It was a positive experience.
Thank you so much my regular Dr. would not get me in an called every Dentist in Cumberland MD. They all either close on fridays or half day either not one could help me an was in the worst pain. You got me in an took wonderful care of me not to mention I also have dental anxiety. I would definitely come back an recommend you to others.
