I've regularly been getting my nails done at Winchester nails with one tech. They are nice and very flexible with timing. (For gelx extension) I've been getting my nails done by #5 and she never disappoints, she can do any design and is gentle with long retention. However, if #5 isn't there to do my nails I would rather not go. The rest of their nail techs I wouldn't trust. I've gotten my nails done by others and I can say they do NOT know how to do gelx. The service here is extremely amazing . From the customer service to the service itself such as the massage I got. Everything clean and packaged great. Was a 10/10. the staff are also 10/10 friendly.
This nail salon reuses nail files, heel scrubbers, and buffers; even worse, they reuse the paraffin wax from one client on the next. If a technician receives a tip via credit card, the owner deducts 20% of that tip. Furthermore, whenever a technician quits, the owner badmouths them to customers. This nail salon is highly unethical; they reuse paraffin wax from previous clients on new ones—using it repeatedly until it emits a foul odor—and strictly police staff regarding the use of disposable tools, forcing them to reuse item... read more
