Bought a outlander here a year ago. One of their prevailing sale points was their lifetime servicing that came free. They said it was free oil changes and rotations. Fast forward a year later, they've canceled the lifetime servicing and only way I found out was when I arrived for servicing. Pretty disappointed. Ill certainly never buy from this dealership again - who knows what else they'll go back on. Their response in summary: "We did promise this, but we didnt write it down"

They scammed me. For a car that's only 17,500 MSRP, I paid over 23,000 out the door, with the promise broken that I get lifetime free oil change. They just informed me of this that they are discontinued effective January 1, 2026. Now they want over 109 per oil change. I'm sure a lot of reviews like mine will start coming up. Beware of this dealership
SCAM………Terrible….. they used free oil changes for your car for life to get me to buy a car. As a single mother of two I thought is was a way I could save money. Then after 2 months they took it away without warning and without even letting me know. They let me drive 35 minutes to the dealership ready for my oil change just to be told it would be $130. Definitely a scam!!!
