First ER visit was horrible, I was in there for vomiting and for feeling lightheaded, one of your nurses yelled at me for vomiting for while doing the heart test, then one of your nurses named Brooke threaten to call security… when I came back for my 2nd er visit, she got an attitude with me and questioning me when she wasn’t even my caretaker. Don’t take your love ones here, this is the worst place
Get better nurses so ashamed
My recent visit to this hospital left me with mixed feelings. It was my first time there, and unfortunately, the first thing I noticed was how rude and disrespectful the reception staff were. I arrived around 7:00 PM and wasn’t seen until 1:15 AM, which was an extremely long and frustrating wait. To make matters worse, when I later called to ask about the doctor's notes, the staff hung up on me, which felt very unprofessional. Worst emergency hospital. Don’t go there if you have an emergency because you could die before you get seen. I took my mom there and 7 hours later, we were still sitting in the lobby waiting. Waste of time. They need to change it from emergency to delayed. 🤦🏾♂️
