Beware!!!! Me and the my family had to move out! Because they leased my apartment when I was still there, no notice or nothing! I kept calling up to the rental office, no response! They changed landlords like water! Didn't even asked did we want to renew or stay! I even written a letter to them back months about possibly staying! The old landlords said it was ok, out of no where new landlords leased my apartment out without notice! Please beware!! When guest visit me all they see is furniture laying all around the complex. The grounds look unkept.

This apartment complex is a total rip off. Lexus the manager is fraudulent and a big liar. She told me I could move in pay my gas bill separately because I couldn't have gas put in my name all so I would sign the lease. 1 month into the unit she sent me a letter of non compliance. I moved out and was charged 2500.00 for rent and attorney fees when I wasn't even living in the unit. I lived in the unit for 2 months, had to move out, and now this has affected my credit. Don't trust Lexus, she is a 100% fraud.

The worst place to go now ,area is nice yea u got good people living around but the management now has a very nasty attitude very rude and very raise’s everything is out of place there’s no order there they have r changed management so many times back to back the new management Lexus she’s not professional she shouldn’t be working there that attitude she’s has Doest help. I ordered two shrimp dinners. The shrimp was very hard. I couldn’t tell if I was eating shrimp had no flavor no seasoning. I was very disappointed. I paid $30 for a plate full of hard unflavored food very disappointed. The service was nice a lot better than the food.
