The manager Chris is terrible. Our apartment got broken into shortly after we moved into it with our newborn baby so we obviously said no we are moving out. Not to mention the cockroaches everywhere. So now apparently we owe over $4000 to them for moving out before the lease was up. Not my fault it is unsafe and nasty.
