RecommendedYes , I do been working there 30 years and Residents are like my family.
Worst place I’ve ever been in. My dad was there for 2 weeks before I was able to get him out. He came w several outfits, family photos and other items. The day I left w him, they could only find the clothes he had on him.
RecommendedIf there ever could be a competition for the best comprehensive care nursing home (boundaries unknown), Solon Pointe shuld win hands down. A wonderful staff during ordinary times has, during this coronavirus emergency, really stepped up. Nurses and aids have been efficient and reassuring. The kitchen staff has come through with some epicurean delights. Activities have been directed at the individual level. I arrived here 3 years ago wondering if I made a mistake. NO! This facility has been as good as can be.
They took my mother in recently and all treat her extremely nice not like a puppet , very communicable with me and her . I rest assured excellent nurses and excellent aides I highly recommend it .
This facility is a joke! Don’t take your parents there! They mistreat your family members and they try to cover it up. I’m so disgusted! State should shut them down!!!!
Close down and send the inmates someplace else
