When your child is too young to tell what's wrong you depend on the Doctor to be thorough. Well this is NOT the doctor or facility you want to go to. They do not take the time to truly examine your child. They prefer to just say that everything is a cold. This doctor missed RSV and a double ear infection. Thank goodness for urgent care. Not to mention the wait times are astronomical and that's if your lucky and they don't call and cancel because the doctor is out of the office AGAIN!!
I have brought my child to see Dr. Winchell for the past 13 years and I would never switch providers. Dr. Winchell is a great pediatrician. She knows what exactly is going on with my kids and when she is unsure she will look into it and find me an answer. She takes care of my child as if he was her own. Dr. Winchell is very trustworthy and reliable. The wait is understandable. I understand that she is a very busy pediatrician but it's all worth the wait.
