We contracted Winchel irrigation for our underground sprinkling, what a big mistake! For started our home is a brand new construction so our property line has been marked from the beginning and for no apperant reason still managed to set up my sprinkling system pass our property line 3 feet out. Wow is unbelievable that this mistake was done although the property was properly marked and they specialize in setting up sprinkling equipment. They called for miss dig. Miss dig didn't mark everything because Winchel only asked them to mark the front yard. Winchel cut the gas line to our pool heater and didn't even mention it to us. Three days later I called Winchel to aske what the yellow tubing sticking out of the ground was. They "didn't know". An hour later they called back and said it was my gas line. They weren't even going to tell me except I called to ask what it was! They proceeded to say they would not be responsible for the repair. We expected higher cus... read more
