I booked a haircut three days in advance for Sunday at 10 AM. I arrived on the scheduled date and time, only to find the salon closed. When I called to clarify, I was told that my appointment had actually been booked for Saturday instead. This was not possible, as I had specifically booked for Sunday since I was out of town on Saturday.
