I would rate my experience a 5 Star experience. As soon as I walked in I was helped by friendly faces. Remodeling my home I had a lot of questions, a representative Tarra Freeman helped me with ALL I needed to know, she just knew exactly what I needed and wanted for my project. Its good to know there still is good customer service out there.
We completely remodel our second store included two bathrooms. We met Janet Garcia on our first of many visits to WinBath. She guided us through the selection of all fixtures for my new walk-in shower, guest bath and two new vanities. Their selection is impressive and her patience for endless questions is heroic. We are completely satisfied with everything and getting great reviews from our family and friends. I highly recommend WinBath and suggest you ask for Janet. She’s the best!

Tarra Freeman at WinBath & Kitchen helped us with all of our kitchen and bath fixtures. The products, professionalism and customer service are excellent. Tarra’s great communication made this part of our remodel process very easy. She always responded to any of our questions, requests, etc in a very timely manner. They also held onto our purchased fixtures the contractor was ready for installation which helped a lot. Thank you!
