I have bought items from Win Nelson several times over the last 15 years really, but never knew how truly awesome they were until I needed a small replacement part for some shower hardware. I was just calling to get the part info to order it and Raquel there not only looked up my order from over two years ago, but she contacted the manufacturer on my behalf seeing that it was under warranty who promptly shipped it within 24 hours to me.
