I had an excellent experience at the WinBath & Kitchen showroom, all thanks to Janet Gracia. From my first call, Janet made me feel genuinely welcomed, listened to, and supported throughout the process. She was professional, knowledgeable, and truly attentive, taking the time to understand my needs and helping me find the right solution. Janet made the entire process smooth and enjoyable, and her customer service genuinely exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend asking for her!
Checked info on google. Store hrs showed open. We drove a hour and a half from palmdale to find a sign on the door closed for inventory and appointments recommended. Being a business owner i know changes and hrs and info are super easy to do to let info be available. Phone message also does not state closed for inventory.
Janet is the GOAT! She was on top of things from start to finish, making our lives and our contractors' lives easier. We love the shower rainhead and controls she suggested. And my mother-in-law appreciated the super high toilet and the cabinet with a functional top drawer for easy access to daily items.
My husband and I came in thinking we knew what we wanted for an additional bathroom we were adding to our house. We ended up completely changing our mind about everything. Janet was so patient and kind. She ensured that we got what we needed/wanted when it was needed. I love countertops and faucets Janet helped us fix. I am grateful for how patient she was with my indecisiveness.
Janet was incredibly helpful, especially since I didn’t have an interior designer or anyone to consult with about what to choose or what matched best.
