I waited for a while before I have decided to leave a review. I visited on October 20th, 2025. The parking lot was completely dark, and the store barely had any lights on. I arrived at around 0630am. At first, I was unsure they were even open. I was excited to come because I have had coffee from Winans in the past and it was amazing. New staff needs better trained. Been going to this winans for over 5 years and the new staff had a lack of training. From the drinks tasting super far off to getting over charged I always order a 20oz and I am now paying for 20oz and getting 16oz.
Purchased a hot chocolate at Beavercreek location and it tastes like warm water with a pinch of chocolate. It was disappointing. It’s only one location that gets it right and that’s only a couple of people. That’s downtown . You must do better with your hot chocolate.
