Not to take anything away from this great company but I struggle with paying someone to make my decisions
I rented from win/win realty for three years . I had very good experience with them. Excellent maintenance service you call and they get right back with you. They were nice and polite . Scott was very concern if there was any kind of problem willing to work with you. Your rental they did their part to keep property clean and safe. I would rent from them again and recommend them to any one . Every Christmas they send you a personal Christmas card. Thank you Win/Win Realty for wonderful rental experience.
We love the area ( Bond Hill) as seniors our neighbors are various ages ethnic groups. The house is in great condition, if a problem occurs a quick request to management services gets the job done. When we moved in 3yes ago we told Scott this will be our last on earth resident. We recommend people look at the many sites and they will find something nice and within their budget. Just pay on time and never have a problem.
