Bought a house through this realtor last year and it was the biggest mistake we ever made. Aside from the drug dealing neighbors (not their fault), the renovations done to our "flipper" home were sub par at best. Sloppy paint job all through the house, paint dripping all down the newly glazed bathroom tiles. Bruce and his staff were customers of mine for over 5 years and they were always responsive, polite, attentive and prompt with each and every request.

Horrible Customer Service. As an Agent with a client ready to purchase in calling the listing agent Bruce, he never picks up the phone, the message says he will get back to you by the end of the day, which he failed to do and i've never seen an agent not wanting to sell a property which has been sitting for over half a year in the market. There is a reason why home owners dislike real estate agent and it is because of real estate agents like Bruce. Do not try to contact this guy he will never get back to you.
