Worse realty company that I have ever dealt with. They never returned calls even after 2-3 calls to their emergency maintenance person. Took 3 days to fix the heat in the middle of winter, the apartment was full of sewer flies. the hallway (common hallway) was a mess and the lights were burnt out, but they never replaced the bulbs (10 foot ceiling, or I would have done it myself).
