I called to schedule an estimate at 9:35am for the replacement of an exterior door. It's February and the door needs fixed immediately. The secretary told me someone would give me a call the following morning when they were in the neighborhood. The following afternoon the secretary calls me back and leaves a voicemail asking when would be a good time to schedule the estimate. I made a call to someone more reliable and got my door installed that same day.
